From your first steps to receiving your results, we will guide you through every milestone of your personalized health journey. This clear, step-by-step process ensures you know exactly what to expect at each stage of your testing experience.
Enroll: Click the link in your invitation email to confirm your shipping address. This takes under 3 minutes.
Receive Your Kit: Your at-home kit arrives via mail within 5–7 business days.
Download & Activate: First, scan the QR code to get the Dayhoff App. You must use the app to activate your kit and check for results so be sure to do this first. Complete your Intake Form using the included code before collecting any samples.
Check Contents: Ensure your kit contains all items and items are in good condition. Keep and store the original box for return shipping. Immediately place the biohazard bag, ice pack, and absorbent pads into your freezer. Keep everything else in the kit handy as you’ll need everything for sample collection.
Complete the Test: You will collect samples according to the test instructions ideally within one week
Mail Your Sample: Pack your frozen samples and ice pack into the silver bag, place it in the box, and use the prepaid label.
Receive Your Report: Results are ready via email and in the app within 14 business days of the lab receiving your kit.
