It is much simpler than most people expect, and everything can be completed at home without a clinic visit.
For the microbiome samples, the kit includes a flushable collection cover that fits over your toilet and a small scoop attached to the vial cap. Each collection typically takes less than two minutes and can be completed in the privacy of your bathroom.
For the blood sample, the kit uses a Tasso device placed on your upper arm, no traditional blood draw is required. Simply warm and clean your arm, apply the device, press the button, and allow it to collect the sample for up to five minutes. Once collection is complete, remove the device, package it using the provided materials, and return it the same day.
