To ensure your samples remain stable and provide the most accurate health data, please follow these guidelines for returning your kit.
Freeze: Ensure all three samples have been in the freezer overnight.
Pack: Confirm all three samples, the ice pack, and absorbent pads are in the biohazard bag and the biohazard bag is sealed. Then, place it in the silver bag that came with your kit and seal it. Put the bag in the kit box and close it up.
Ship: The prepaid return label is already located on the back of the box. Drop the package off at your local UPS location.
For the highest data accuracy, we recommend mailing your sample within 24 hours of the last collection. Freeze your last sample overnight and then return your kit to UPS the next day. However, if you aren’t able to return it the next day, we recommend waiting no more than 3-5 days after your last sample collection.
Since prompt shipping is best, we recommend avoiding shipping over the weekend or on holidays.
