For the microbiome portion, keep each sample frozen immediately after collection. After collecting your third and final sample, freeze it overnight and return the kit through UPS the following day. For the highest data accuracy, we recommend mailing the completed kit within 24 hours of your final collection.
If your kit includes a blood collection component, the blood sample should be returned on the same day it is collected. Package it according to the included instructions and bring it to UPS as soon as possible.
Prompt shipping is best. Avoid collecting or shipping samples immediately before weekends or holidays, when carrier delays may occur.
