For the highest data accuracy, we recommend mailing your sample within 24 hours of the last collection. Freeze your last sample overnight and then return your kit to UPS the next day. However, if you aren’t able to return it the next day, we recommend waiting no more than 3-5 days after your last sample collection. Since prompt shipping is best, we recommend avoiding shipping over the weekend or on holidays.
